This is the main page Onsen Therapists® will use to begin setting up their own website as well as for making periodic changes.  The steps below are numbered from 1 to 4 but feel free to fill them out in any order you prefer.  Each step represents the information that will be required for each individual webpage.

Contact Information		 Provide us with all contact information for use on your website as well as for us to contact you if the need arises.  This step is also where you'll tell us your accreditations (Initials and what they represent)
Step 2
About You		 Tell us your qualifications and relevant experience.  Also tell us about yourself in paragraph form.  Use as many paragraphs as you like but remember people want just the facts presented as clearly and in as few words as possible.
Step 3
Hours & Rates		 On this page, besides the hours and rates, we'll also want to know what forms of payment you accept.

Course Dates
(If Applicable)		 If you are an Onsen Instructor®, you will need to use this page to submit your course dates along with locations.
